Refund policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and then your workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Monthly plans

Monthly payments are not refunded, unless the problem was our fault, for example a long outage or a charge made in error.

Yearly plans

If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount. After 14 days, the plan runs to the end of the year and is not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid in US dollars, by the same method you paid with, minus any network or transfer fees that we can't recover.

Crypto payments that are short or over

If a crypto payment arrives short, you have 24 hours to send the rest. If you don't, the amount received is kept as credit for your workspace.

If a crypto payment arrives over the amount due, the extra is added to your workspace as credit for future invoices.

Price changes

We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, so you can decide in time.
